I will admit that Blair and Bonner tonight missed two or three crucial moments when they could have turned things around.
But ultimately, how can you argue with the numbers? 39 FTAs for Denver compared to 26 for San Antonio. Even the announcers pointed out the "home cooking."
Denver missed 14 of those FTs, too...we could've been blown out last night if the Nuggz actually hit their FTs. Sure, we scored a ton of points, but Duncan's absence on defense was HUGE. Get well and hurry back, Timmy!
B/C you are a jumpshooting team, especially with Tim out. For sake there's a couple threads in this forum where spurfan is complaining that the team is taking fastbreak 3's instead of going to the hoop. Don't expect FTA when you camp out on the perimeter all night long.

They are 57 and 14 for a damm good reason the Spurs are stacked with under-apppreciated talent + chemistry.
All teams have holes and weaknesses but Spurs also have some great talent 1-14 - LOL if anyone is liable to step off any bench at Neal's size and spark a team like he will for SAS or can bring a talented stud veteran like Dice to the starting lineup.
