I don't think anyone is dumb enough to "tank" to see the Spurs in the 1st. The amount of hubris that would take is ridiculous and would certainly doom them to bad mojo...best bet for Blazers are OKC/Dallas in the 1st round, Lakers and Spurs are battle tested regardless of whatever struggles during the season.

Because the Mavs aren't solidified into the 3 seed yet, so teams below don't know whether they should jockey for the 6th seed or take their chances with OKC if they overtake Dallas (probably won't).
