It's not Splitter IMO, it's the stupid change in philosophy that is gear towards offense and not defense.
Not only are we geared towards offense, but Pop has someone expected a playoff choker like Bonner to step up and an inconsistent Blair to step up every game too. If Pop had the right personnel to play that way it might have been OK, but he didn't. Should always go defense first. Everyone knows that in the playoffs, except the hall of fame coach like Pop I guess.
