Fact: Bonner doesn't knock down triples consistently in the playoffs. The fact that the Spurs lived by the three during the entire season is catching up to them this series.
Pop playing Bonner against Marc ing Gasol is a straight up mismatch no other coach would even try. If you watch the game, anyone who Bonner happens to be guarding straight up scores or does something positive; it's ing sickening to watch.
Duncan has done a decent job on Randolph when he they are matched up. Putting Splitter on Gasol would help to neutralize the insane advantage the Grizz have against any frontline containing Bonner.
He is a of a liability on defense. But at least he can shoot; which is more than I can say about Walton.
