What Next for the Lakers?

Assuming there's no lockout, how would this Lakers team look next year?

Would you like to keep the core or see a new makeover? What coach would you prefer? I wouldn't like to see Shaw as the new coach, since he's very raw and inexperienced. Don't really have a coach in mind, although there's Adelman, Sloan (maybe?), Pop (? He'll probably retire along with Duncan), just throwing a few names out there although unlikely for some of them.

Kobe most likely retire a Laker.
Shannon has a player option but isn't going anywhere after his putrid performance this year.
Barnes isn't worth very much value and he's completely a non-factor in the PO.
I'd like to see them develop Ebanks and see what he can give us.
We're stuck with Luke, Artest, Fisher, and Blake.
That leaves Pau, Lamar, and Bynum as the only assets we can use to trade.

So who would you like to see go, and who to come in? What about the next head coach?
