son Duncan has been terribly overrated over the last 5 or 6 years. he has been awarded all star game selections and defensive team selections and hasn't earned them.

All I will say is that if you give Tim the 2nd most productive PF and another top 5 center, he won't get swept.

    BR, your opinion on that?

BR may exaggerate ...but at least he is consistent. He doesnt just hate Kobe for some bull "leadership flaws" ...he hates Kobe, Rose, Lebron and Duncan ...calls them all overrated.

Get down BR crucify kobe too, he deserves it right now ...

He had no compe ion for the position though... I mean, Dirk was selected and so was Gasol.... ZBo's stock wasn't high until last month...

Past that, there's really no other compe ion in the West...

son I agree with you and that is why personally I choose Kobe Milli Vanilli Bryant as the most overrated sack of professional sports has ever seen.

Son, testify.... the reality is that when Duncan retires nobody will remember him, but when Kobe retires, Wilbon, Mark Jackson and Co will still try to rewrite history and compare him to MJ and the like...

Kobe is much more overrated, but I with someone who said TD is more of glorified Brad Daugherty, meaning, TD would've been Brad had he played in the 80's and early 90's, which is not really an insult. Brad had some game, ijust the league was different, some great players couldn't succeed in those years, even David Robinson.

I can see clearly now ...the crux of the butthurtedness ...at least El NoNo admits it. DPG says he never mentions Duncan, while his intentions are obvious.

son the main thing that Duncan has over Milli is that he actually LED his team to 2 NBA championships (2003 and 2005). he was also a co-leader during the Spurs NCAA tournament win in 1999 as well as a solid role player during their championship in 2007. Kobe on the other hand has never once in his career been the true leader of any of the Lakers championship teams. co-leader? of course, but that doesn't count. Kobe's 3 years as team leader without Shaq that included not even making the playoffs once and getting curb stomped out of the first round twice speaks volumes about his leadership.

I couldn't care less wether people remember TD or not... I'm grateful that I've seen him dominate and bring 4 rings home... I'm not even butthurt about Kobe, because it's not him, but the Kobefans that are a disgrace...
He's a heck of a player, but they've been trying to pass him for what he's not. That's not really his fault, tbh. Bron is probably heading the same way.

CP3 0, Tim 4 and KOBE 5...... I see a 0 there and always will in NO though so , he can talk all he wants it just talk.

Duncan 1 > 0 in the playoffs too, Paul went home early there.

I agree. Plus at their best, Duncan WAS a legit defensive beast and deserved his accolades. Kobe was never defensive minded and when the media saw his offense slipping on the MJ scale, they invented that defensive stuff as well.
