i know in vietnam, if your filthy rich or have relativs or connections in the VC party, you get away with most things....its pretty actually thats why most cops there dont do or get involve in mass fights that involves weapons, not worth gettin injured if ur earning $100 a month legally (not including bribe money cash in hand on the streets) lol.
its even bs if your in jail long term over there, if you have money u can decorate or build ur own home inside the jail to ur standard.... FAIL.

The cop who did most of the hitting to the guy on the ground got away just fine.

If you're trying to go 4tat with examples of fan fights in different sports and different countries then you're going to fail hard. Nothing compares to the frequent brawls of soccer crowds in those pos countries
