Definitely looks like a tablet or phone OS. Not sure if I like the interface for a computer, but at least MS is actually trying to change things up. That may not make it better, but it's definitely different.

I actually like this. Wouldn't be a bad third option to Android and/or Apple. Well of course it's basically the third option, lol
What all of you all is all well and good, except they want this to be their next OS for a computer. That's something I'm not so sure about. A tablet or phone, sure, but a computer?
