Click on "control panel" (white letters in the black row, on the left) and then choose "pictures and albums" (about half way down the column on the left hand side). From there you can upload the pics, and host them on your Spurstalk account. It even gives you the code right there to copy and paste into a post here.

Since images here are restricted to <100Kb and <600x600, a better option might be to use a free uploader like www.imageshack.us ...
