Summers, along with Rubin, Greenspan, and other the plutocrats, is one of the main culprits in deregulation of the financial sector that brought on the Banksters' Great Depression. When he worked for Barry, he absolutely refused to give Barry any jobs plan.
He's more concerned with his investments taking a hit from a US default than giving a about USA.

Summers is correct about the dire consequences of default, but that criminal is one of the main reasons this country nearly crashed 3 years ago.
