Not often do you see security or police get in a fighting stance with a bad guy. That was a pretty good fighting by the officer, IMHO.

Security guy had a gun. Pretty sure rent a cops aren't licensed to carry. Not sure what MATA (Memphis area transit authority?) is but looks like guy had form.
I'd say Mr. Rentacop did fairly well. Had it continued, it would have ended in a KO for sure.
They are. They have to take a class but they usually end up making a buck or two extra per hour.
