From the 1991 catalog. What kind of witchcraft is that? I never knew you could do that.

I've been looking through it, especially some of the late 80s and early 90s stuff, and never realized the higher end cassette players were selling for $200. Good ol' Tandy computers.
Did anyone ever have one of those early 90s camcorders that you had to put on your shoulder? My parents had one and those were the days.![]()

A while back I was watching tv and flipping the channels and I came across one of the "national lampoon" movies. Chevy Chase was filming his wife in the shower or something with one of the big ass cameras on his shoulder. My son walked in the room(he's 6) I changed it cause I forgot if it had nudity in it or something. He was like "nooo put it back" I was like "no no no..." He was like "why" I said "that's not good for kids" he said "is that man gonna kill that women with that rocket launcher"???

Bazooka, it sure felt like one using it back in the day.It had that Super NES Super Scope feel to it as well.
Show him this "transportable" cell phone from the '89 catalog for the low price of $1000It's a tad bit more ridiculous than the Zach Morris brick cell phone he used to pull out on Saved By the Bell.

You jerk off to some weird stuff.
nostalgia and a history lesson all rolled into one. Like for example, it's amazing to see the crapppy cell phones back in the 2000 catalog and the strides that were made this past decade to make the cell phone into basically a computer that sends/receive phone calls.
