People seem to unceasingly pile on Lebron for a lack of a championship...why doesn't Dwight catch any of that criticism? Not that the criticism is unwarranted, but he has equally as much or more talent than Lebron but can't get it done during the playoffs.
Care to elaborate?
Or does highlighting things make them right?
You're an idiot.
Dwight isn't talented, he's just physically gifted. Not many people are able to guard him for the 40+ minutes he can play if his stupid ass doesn't get in foul trouble. He scores and defends well simply because he has the advantage on any matchup. The man bullies his way through double teams and gets hack-a-shaq'd a lot.
Dwight, like Shaq, can only really win with a strong 2nd option. I'm talking about a 25ppg guard/sf here. He isn't a Hakeem type player that can lead a team, he's a Shaq type player that can help a team overwhelm compe ion.
Lebron is supposed to be the 2nd coming of Jordan or Magic, but he can't lead for . We will point fingers at Dwight next season though since he's cowing off 27ppg series and LBJ is old news.
If Howard had as much or more talent than LeBron he might have a le by now. He's just huge, extremely athletic, and very strong. He has no discernable post game save for a couple spin moves/hooks. And he does catch some , but then again, he's only like 24 and he's already led a team of shooters and crappy defenders to the Finals while being the best defensive team just because of him.
Really it's his team. When LeBron was in Cleveland, he got the benefit out the doubt because Mo Williams was his go-to guy. Now he has Wade and Bosh and he the bed, so he deserves whatever criticism he gets. Dwight, on the other hand, had his re ed GM give Rashard Lewis a 120 million dollar contract to be a spot up shooter while bringing in like Jason Richardson, Hedo again, Brandon Bass, Chris Duhon, and what used to be Gilbert Arenas. His best player is Jameer Nelson who has proved he's just an above average player and nothing special, definitely not good enough to be a #2 option on a contender. And the gross mismangament of the Magic has hindered them financially so they can't get anyone to play for them nor does ANYONE want to trade for Arenas. Lewis was probably the only player anyone would trade for Arenas and vice versa.
In the end, it's on Otis Smith to bring in some decent complemetary pieces because having 4 shooters around a guy that doesn't even have a polished post game isn't going to work. Trading away Gortat was also stupid, especially for who they got in return. Really, it's Otis Smith, dude's a ing idiot.
Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh
Is that enough elaboration?
