One time I got banned from here because some asshat stole my password, and then I had to write an email to kori apologizing for all those stupid threads. The second time I got banned because some bug on the forum cloned one of my threads and it filled up about 2 and 1/2 pages full of the same thread by me; and I was wrongfully accused of attempting a "forum run"
