I actually sat here for five minutes trying to decipher that, I felt like I was doing some word jumble puzzle. What I finally got was:

"A USMC Harrier Jump Jet crashed into a residential neighbourhood in Arizona. The Harrier was carrying two live 500 pound bombs. Authorities are evacuating the area close to the crash and taking precautions to ensure the situation does not worsen. The pilot was able to eject safely."
