I know whence I speak and the Rockets during this off-season have conjured the precise mixture of leavings & gettings. Pushing Yao out was genius. Quietly bringing Martin back across was genius. Somehow/someway getting the Suns to give up Dragic was the crowning touch. He'll transcend Nash. Sky's the limit for this Rockets team.

This is the Rockets current situation:
After this upcoming season, We have the power to only be on the hook for Scola, Martin and Lowry. Including the three of them, It makes every single player on the Rockets a very trade-able asset. It also gives us the flexibility to go for big time FAs next offseason, and all the while we can still field a (mildly?) compe ive squad. Morey has manipulated the roster this far, so I would assume he is just waiting for the right situation to come along.
