I feel bad for Roy, not so much for Oden.
Oden is used to thing need a restructure.
7' people are not supposed to be running up and down a wooden floor jumping and being bodied. Their frame isn't built for it.

They actually can't do that unless he agrees. That is the purpose of a qualifying offer. It's expensive for the team and risky for the player, nudging them towards a longer term deal. He may miss more time, but then they were stupid for extending the QO.
