    He shouldn't be the scapegoat if the Lakers go on another skid. Lakers have the worst overall perimeter in the league. It's Kobe (who doesn't play defense these days), a bunch of scrubs and the corpses of Derek Fisher and Ron Artest. A positive for the Lakers to take away is that their defense has never looked better, ironic since their perimeter can't defend anybody. I also think that's another reason Gasol and Bynum look worn out at times. They're literally the entire defensive end.
