Since this is the hot new feud on Spurstalk, I think it's warranted to see how these two forum notables stack up against up each other by breaking down each combatant's strength and weaknesses. After the analyzation is complete, we should be able to determine the favorite. Even though mono is a cool cat and Lakaluva is a total got, I intend to be fair and unbiased in my analysis. So let's get to it.

Considering the data, I believe mono is a 34-1 favorite against luva and will likely win by a knock out somewhere in the middle rounds. However, luva does have a longshot puncher's chance to catch mono off guard, much like Buster Douglas did with Tyson, but I don't see mono overestimating his opponent as much as Tyson did, so a miracle isn't likely to happen in this fight.

Furthermore, this could be a very dangerous fight for the underdog, with a potential tragic outcome in the vein of Mancini vs. Duk Koo Kim (Kim was killed in the ring). I advise luva's corner to have their hand near the towel at all times.
