He's not yet, but he's up there. The Spurs organization is one of the finest ever especially in terms of finding and developing players to their potential (some might argue that with some bigs).

Not yet... hes up there FORSURE but his career isn't over yet. As of right now I would rank Phil Jackson over him pretty easily.
Have to give Red his respect and have him as 1st or 2nd (Phil also arguably being 1st but more appropriately 2nd.) Then we have guys like Pat Riley, Chuck Daly who deserve to be in the top 5.
Doc Rivers who despite contemplating retirement (maybe just a way to milk more money) has the potential to to continue and do well.
But Honesty I have Pop above Doc but Below the first 4 mentioned... so maybe I'm a homer but I think Pop is top 5, and easily top 10.

If not playing your better players all year and then deciding to play them in playoffs makes you the greatest.
