Good stuff. I'd like to see a little more of Dawson in a "normal" game.

Dawson seems reasonable guy. Hope he proves himself to stick in NBA longer
Hard not to be a fan of TJ. His at ude couldn't be any better, tbh.
Dawson is easy to root for. Hopefully the Spurs give him the second 10-dayer.
Some funny moments in the Parker interview. He said some Spurs went to Austin for the Drake concert (the chances Cory Joseph wasn't at that concert? I'd say 0.00000001%). Also funny that Duncan texted Parker about how the Skills Challenge must not have included any passing drills this year if Parker won![]()
Nice. Thanks for posting.
T.J. Ford talks about the positives of being on the Spurs, but you can hear what he's not saying about the other crappy organizations he's been with. I really hope he can get, and stay healthy. I still think he's going to be important to this team in the second half and into the playoffs. He'll give Tony some relief, and at the very least the defenses won't be able to collapse on him and take the ball away, like they do to Neal and Joseph.
One thing he says is that this is the best team he's ever been on. I honestly believe that the Spurs' subs that he played with are better than any group he's had around him.
Thanks for posting the vids.
With the way the team's been kicking ass lately, and enduring all the hoopla about Manu's and Splitter's injuries (and unfortunately now, Kawhi), it's been pretty easy to overlook the fact that we'll be getting Ford back soon. He was playing unbelievably before going down...I don't necessarily think that he'll play that well for the rest of the season, but if he's even a fraction of what we saw, we'll be in great shape.
TJ loves playing in SA, which is great to hear. If he can stay healthy our backup PG situation is something we won't have to worry about for a little while.
TJ Ford is a high character guy. I met him in Oklahoma City when he was playing for the Bucks a number of years ago (after an OKC Hornets game) and got to talk with him for about 10 minutes. He was just as personable with me, an average fan, during that conversation as he was in that interview. Since then I've always rooted for him.
Sometimes I've doubted his hardiness (hes always hurt) and other times I've wondered what he had left in the tank, but I've never doubted his character.
Good stuff.
Ford really seems to understand what is expected of him here and talks like he's willing to do what it takes to help the team. It's good to hear that he's comfortable taking as much time as he needs to take to get back 100% and not rushing back too early, risking re-aggravating his hamstring.
