People can stop making characterizations about the racial bent of a group of people based on the skin color of those in the photograph.

I'm not trying to make the case Obama (or the person who hired his Chicago campaign staff) are racists. Quite the opposite, I'm trying to make the case you can't judge the minds of people from viewing a photograph.
I'm also making the case that those who would normally take a photograph as evidence the organization depicted is racist [as was done with selective photographs of Tea Party rallys] are not similarly touting this as the same.
By the way, this photograph was posted by Obama's Campaign on the campaign's Tumblr site.
