Is this the same thing as the warrior dash?
Anybody do it? Made it out and it was pretty fun. Probably a few thousand people from the size of the parking lot.
I really didn't know what to expect and took my new phone/wallet/keys with me. Would have been a lot muddier but I was paranoid about getting my phone wet or my stuff falling out of my pockets.
Can't wait til next year.
To give you an idea of the before and after:

Johnny Knoxville is that you?
I haven't really challenged myself physically since I did Hood to Coast in 07. I probably should. I'm in decent shape but I could be a lot better.
It's pretty much the same as those type of races.. except this one had an emphasis on mud. There's another one June 2nd in San Antonio that ill be doing and an even bigger one between here and Austin June 9th... unfortunately Ill be out of town and cant make it.
pics or it didnt happen
I ran something similar in Ft. Worth recently called, "Original Mud Run". Anyway, I met a nice African American gentleman and we struck up quite the conversation during the race. However, after we hit the Trinity River, I lost him and never saw him again.
Okay I'm fat. Happy now? Smh...
Looks like fun. I want to do the next one that comes to Dallas
