LEastern conference part deux?

I know there were a bunch of injuries this year, but doesn't it seem that the East post-season play has been pretty weak this year? Other than Miami, im fairly sure the top 7 seeds in the West could have beaten every eastern playoff team. Boston isn't as strong people make them out to be. They just got incredibly lucky with the seedings and the injury to Rose.
