"Everyone expected an exciting Western Conference finals from the San Antonio Spurs and the Oklahoma City Thunder, and they have not disappointed. The Spurs looked untouchable on the offensive end through Games 1 and 2, executing to perfection and scoring at a shockingly efficient rate. OKC's Scott Brooks responded in Game 3 with a defensive adjustment to seize control of the series and get the Thunder three consecutive wins. The two teams return to Oklahoma City tonight and, down 3-2, the Spurs must make the adjustment now. All season long, the Spurs have won with their offense as opposed to relying on defensive stops. They need to find their rhythm again, and if Game 5 was any indication, they are improving..."

This has been the most refreshing thing I've read in the last 2 days. Tim has been hitting long jumpers ALL season. He just needs to be quick and let it fly. Years past he used to think, doubt, and miss that shot. This year, until this series, he's been decisive and "let it fly".

Spurs are an offensive team and a good shooting team. If they can't get to the rim to open up the outside shots like they normally do, then they'll need to work the opposite way and hit outside shots to open up the middle.

Quick decisions. I think it can be done. The Thunder have beat the Spurs with outside shooting. No reason to think the Spurs can't do exactly the same.

Win tonight and panic will set in the Thunder role players. If the Thunder role players don't show up, then the Thunder don't win.

    This can be done.

    Not easy.

But this game can be won through some adjustments by Pop. I believe that. They aren't facing a 2001 Shaq, i.e., an immovable force. The Spurs are facing a good jump shooting team.

    This can be done.

"If they can do it, I wouldn't be surprised to see them take Game 6 tonight and Game 7 on Friday."

The Spurs just need a dose of score more than OKC at the end. Don't matter how at this point tbh . . .
