A Texas guy I've had a crush on since high school is Radney Foster. His main success is as a songwriter (he's written many hits for big names), but he's a talented singer/entertainer (solo and in the duo Foster and Lloyd) too, and just an all-round cutie patootie



I saw Foster and Lloyd at a festival in the late 80's where they did a twangy redneck set of Led Zeppelin, that was unusual, but a lot of fun.

Lead Belly is actually from Louisiana. When he was discovered by the Lomax's he was in the infamous Angola Prison which is in Louisiana.He was born in Louisiana.
