Dirk Nowitzki has been in touch with the Mavericks' front office since they lost out on Deron Williams, Jason Kidd agreed to sign with the Mavericks and Jason Terry departed for the Celtics.

Nowitzki has not suggested that he has interest in being traded.

“It wasn’t an accident that we had most of our contracts expiring over the last two years,” said Mark Cuban. “We planned it that way. Once the summer is over, we’ll answer all questions.”

Mark is going to come out soon and declare that he will not trade Nowitzki, I think.

just wait and see what FA's the mavs will end up signing with the cap room they have, they should make an offer for hibert and hope the pacers don't match, he's the only FA worth a max besides deron williams tbh

this is why I don't respect Dirk - he's always been to pussy to speak up when warranted. and also that time when Dirk let David West put in his fingers in his mouth on the court..total move by Dirk to let David do that
