Guy has the potential to be a top 10 center (seriously, 3rd in BPG). Having a development coach like Karl keeps his head screwed on tight.
He's an athletic big, 10 mil a year is basically a min you have to pay them these days.
Pretty cheap for a center with potential excel at anything that requires less than 50 IQ points.
