I think Davis still wins it, but it's gonna be a lot closer than people think, and I think it'll be Valanciunas who's gonna give him the compe ion.

How good can he be? Possible early favorite for ROY?

Is he a Greek player? Where is M_F or K_B_P to pimp him out while taking a shot at the NBA?
Lithuanian, Venti
Unless Bargnani defers to him so he can go 20/10 he won't be ROY, it will likely be Unibrow or a volume scorer like Lillard.
Really interested to see how he does. I am decently high on him from what I have seen, but I do think people are expecting a lot. He seems a little limited still overall offensively, but he can definitely move, finish and run well.
LOL that Cleveland could have had him and Thomas Robinson but instead got Tristan Thompson and Dion Waiters.![]()
They were very short sighted. Val has a chance to go the way of Biedrins, but even that that isn't that bad. He has more upside too. They just got impatient and likely made a move they will regret.
Even worse, they could have had a better chance at #1 since Jonas wouldn't have came. They could have had a chance at Davis and made that duo work or shop around Jonas for good assets.
True but I'm not ready to judge Waiters yet, he may turn out to be a legit player. The Thompson pick was just ridiculous.
Is a guy who got 14 and 7 in the Lithuanian league last year really going to drop 20/10 in the NBA under any scenario?
If everyone on the Raptors gets out of his way. Not gonna happen with a ball-dominant PG in Lowry and Bargnani being the captain.![]()
