    Being a San Antonio paramedic would be a worse job imo


    Getting sweaty, smelly 400 lbs. Mexicans on a stretcher would be horrible on a daily basis.

    I swear I read somewhere that they had to make stronger stretchers because of all the fat s rolling around in taco grease and that paramedics were throwing out their backs due to the lifting.

    You heard right...both Ferno and Stryker make bariatric power stretchers now for grossly fat s. Needless to stay, SA is keeping those companies in business

    They normally send the meat wagon, not the ambulance. The response time to the South side is about 3 hours.
