It has utsa, but I've played this and it sucks. Wait another year.
It sucks every year. It won't get any better the next year either. Recruiting is better in dynasty mode at least.
Did they fix last year's recruiting where they had like 13 5-star receivers in every class but certain positions never had any 5 star prospects?
Haven't spent enough time on it yet but they added a few things to the recruiting. You can actually unlock a players rating and stuff before they commit to your school and stuff so you have a better idea of who to go after.
