Stern is the only quality commish on the list, tbh..
Selig is still by far the worst. Goodell isn't responsible for ruining a whole era of his sport to the point that its best players can't get into the HOF.
1. Selig (by default, really)
2. Stern - would be CLEARLY #1 by a landslide if not for the bull fixed officiating over the years
3. Goodell - wannabe dictator who favors the Patriots and Steelers over the rest of the league, hands out bull punishments for football hits that the NFL then sells highlight shows of, feigns concern for player safety when he's really just covering his ass due to lawsuits, has taken the ing NFL and turned it into an overexposed joke of a product
4. Bettman - THREE LOCKOUTS under his reign as a commissioner, runs a 30-team league in which maybe 10 at best are financially stable, but is still planning to expand to 32 teams, doesn't vet his owners at all (he let the ing Japanese Mafia own a team), managed to lose a sweetheart TV deal with ESPN, just a complete joke in every regard
