Caffeine Enema Machine Stores
Small building with several par ions. People go in, disrobe, sit on a toilet like seat. A metal hollow tube comes up from the bottom and inserts itself into the customer's anus. Then he is flushed with caffeine laden water. Or coffee if they prefer. Customer gets the beneifits of the caffeine without getting full from drinking coffee or those sugar heavy energy drinks.
You can even have stand alone kiosks (like Red Box) where they enter, sit down, put some money in, and viola, caffeine enema.
Open up a few stores and set up some kiosks. Exit strategy would be to eventually sell the idea to Starbucks.

good luck getting that one past the FDA..i don't think it meets disease prevention protocols imho..you'd have to have like a removable throwaway plastic tube on the end of the enema so ppl aren't sticking a used one up their buttholes

Yeah. Probably develop breakaway tubes that stay in the customer's anus and then dissolve later. Maybe make them out of hardened caffeine.
