im pretty sure even the prime kobe wouldn't have beaten them mavs w/o another superstar playing alongside his ass tbh. dude never got past round 1 in the playoffs during the interim where he was the only superstar on his team, and that was the prime Kobe Byrant who could drop 81 ing points in a single game but never succeeded bringing his team to the 2nd round
