I want to say Romo, but he does have a lot more talent around him...
I think Rivers reads the Defense better, but what good is that when you can't hit your target...

If we look at their stats over the last three seaons it's pretty close, Rivers has more TD's but he also has more INT's. So I have to go with the guy who can extend the play and get creative....Tony Romo. Obviously not too thrilled with either one of them but between the two...Romo.

If I'm calling the plays, then I would go with Tony Romo. Jason Garrett has done a great job of handcuffing the Cowboys offense for several years now. Rivers is terrific with a solid offensive line, but Tony can make more plays on the run/under pressure.
