Sucks for them TBH
The Indiana Pacers announced that Danny Granger received an injection Tuesday to treat left patellar tendinosis. The procedure was performed by Dr. James Andrews in Gulf Breeze, Fla.
Team medical personnel are looking at a recovery time of approximately three months. Further updates will be provided when appropriate.

Sucks for them that it didn't happen before the play-offs..Then they would on the heat Rudy-Gay-less Grizzlies style.
Or perhaps even more, like the Caron-Butler-less 2011 NBA Champions.
Caron Butler played great in the Mavs flow offense. He was our second leading scorer without chucking like Granger/Gay.Caron doesn't go down and you're looking at a 16-1 or 16-2 playoff run from Dallas tbh.
24-5 with Caron tbh
2010 Mavs lost in the first round and 2012 Clips were swept in the second round. The 2011 Champs did just fine without him.
Mavs were bullying s left and right before Caron went down, and he was playing great within the offense contributing 16ppg IIRC. Him and Dirk stay healthy and the bulls record is at risk tbh..
1. Absurd and totally unsupported by the facts.
2. Irrelevant, as the issue you raised was about playoff results.
The facts are that the #2 seed 2010 Mavs lost in the first round with Butler. The #3 seed 2011 Mavs won the LOB without Butler. Exactly the sort of juxtaposition of results you attributed to Gay and attempted to project upon Granger. Surely, the irony must be obvious by now.
Of course I'm trolling when I'm saying we could go 73-9,but getting the 1st seed with Butler playing is really realistic. It's also unfair to compare 2010 team with the 2011 one, first of all there was no Chandler and second Butler was playing much better his second year with the Mavs.I don't remember the Grizzlies or Pacers going 24-5 over any part of the regular season so you're comparing apples and oranges.
Tuff Juice is a beast, he's aclassy first-half warrior
tbh...
granger just feigned the injury to give the team a legit reason to tank the rest of season imho. they ain't contending for and a high draft pick will mean much more to this team that a playoff berth and 1st round exit
