Interesting comments from McGrady. I wanted to know everybody else's opinion on the subject.

Im still a firm believer that winning 22 straight games is no easy task, regardless of the teams that you have to play along that stretch.

Agreed that Houston's streak was more impressive..they were relying on s like Skip to my Lou as core players, tbh..

However, having a 22-game win streak makes it even more pathetic that they were eliminated in the 1st round, though, tbh..

I agree with T-Mac. His was more impressive. Significantly less talent, a better story (their other superstar went down) with a bunch of role players rallying around McGrady.

Yeah, my hats are off to the heat. Although this win streak is what was expected when this group was first made. That Rockets group's win streak was more impressive for the reasons stated above me. It was like watching an underdog go off on the compe ion.

t-mac was in god mode through the whole process meanwhile the 7'6 only played 10 games something. i believe if the 7'6 trash hadn't fallen down by the 10th win or something, their streak would've snapped by the 13th or 15th game so that this achievement should be partly owed to the yellow meat pillar as well, for him sitting out & not whoring up the team's morale

t-mac just showed that he was still a scoring machine when he was off the yellow jinx tbh. the rockets would've been a better team w/o the 7'6 trash and would've made the 2nd round more than just one time imho, but they had to keep the trash on their roster because he was their cashcow. sucks to be a rockets fan post 02 tbh

It don't mean a thing if you don't get that ring.
