Whose to say we can't beat the Pats?
.....ya wanna win in todays NFL ....MONKEYBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last season both the Ravens and Niners were a couple plays away from meeting in the Superbowl. Both run the ball. Since they did come up short we saw something a bit distorted. Now it's back in focus. Look what running the ball does to a defense, another thing it does is keep the other teams O on the bench, while giving your D a blow. A solid running game also wears down a D. Now add third and short. So many goods things happen when you can and do run the ball.
The mobile QB is where the NFL (as is the colleges) is heading, that guy who can scoot. Yes it will take some time but that's the direction it's heading so expect to be seeing more black QB's with sub 4.60 speed.
Tom Brady will probably win another Superbowl. And yes it will be because of his throwing ability. He is head and shoulders above any other QB left. Brady can get by without a stud running (not that don't have one now) game, but how many Tom Brady's are out there?
Colin Kaepernick's passing shocked the out of me. Then there's...MONKEYBALL...hahaha!!!!! When are some of you dummies gonna figure it out? NFL defenses are simply not geared to deal with a QB who can really motor, talk about a weapon. Not the designed run as much as the scramble.
Being a Niner fan I gotta become a Seahawk fan and their mobile QB...ROOKIE SENSATION...Russell Wilson. I'd rather face him at home than Atlanta on the road.
Oh yeah, with a QB who could scoot the Broncos won a playoff game, with a pocker passer....see ya~~~~~

Trindon Hollidays 10.00 while at LSU makes him the fastest player in NFL history to return kicks. Only one player has ever clocked a sub10.00...who?

As we saw today anything can and does happen. It's just that none of the other teams left have the big game experience the Pats have. And they do have the best coach and QB. What team is better prepared to deal with the size of the Superbowl?
Grow up!
Rodgers > Brady, and Packers have just as much pedigree as the Patriots.
Niners aint' afraid of nobody.
The Aaron Rodgers Packers are no where close to being on a par with the Brady Pats. Where did you get that idea?
Don't ignore the "spot" a team is in. Don't get too wrapped in what we just saw. How many of these Niners have ever played in a Superbowl? We also saw them at home with a weeks rest vs team on the road again that had been battling the flu. So don't get too....YIPPEEE!!!!!!!
I do think we can beat Seattle at home, it will be their third road game, not good. I am not so sure we can beat Atlanta there. That's why Atlanta will be favored. If we did end up in the Superbowl, we'd be in with a team who has been there and done that. And with all that time to prepare Belichick will be ready, something the Packers weren't.
Bellichick 0-2 in last 2 super bowls![]()
You're not getting it.
How many times have they been there? Didn't it take a ball stuck to a helmet to deny the Pats another SB win? The bottom line is there is no team left anywhere close to what the Pats have from top to bottom.
Don't get caught up...I like so and so...that's what rookies do. I'm a life long Niner fan but never get unrealistic with it. So many get silly over their favorite team.
What a bummer we are without Manningham/Hunter and drafted a dummy in A.J.Jenkins.
You're not paying attention.
I'm dead set against using your QB as a running back. That will not work in the NFL. What I have always talked about is having that guy who can run when there is no other option, I mean really run yes just like Vick, RGIII, Wilson, Cunningham, Kaepernick. A guy who can go 40. That's what I'm talking about and all I've ever talked about.

If the Seahawks do get by Atlanta how much more exciting will it be having two yoiung cats who can run playing for the le vs two drop backs like Brady and Flacco?
