I would do it just for that huge expiring. Allows the team to sign some solid players via FA. Though I would try as much as possible not to include Harkless and Vucevic in the trade.

floor spacing + above average to elite defense
basically a more consistent danny green who can actually make layups and drive

Harrington can help them be bad enough to get a lottery pick and harkless has potential
