3% is pretty normal seemingly these days. Most companies, if they aren't on freezes, are giving between 2-4% in most cases from what I have seen. Nice bonus

True, but this is an entry level position and I felt like I took up on a lot of new responsibilities etc.

Also, it doesn't help that since I'm the back up payroll guy, I see everyone else's salaries, and I can't help but fill pissed off when I see some guy who can barely do his job get promoted.....
