What's up with Black people and their involvement in Flash Mob violence?

Its been everywhere in Chicago the past 2 years, they rob and attack innocent people and tourists. It became prevalent in Philly and St. Louis, and recently it has moved to New York and Louisiana.

When you see the videos of these attacks or read the news report, everybody involved is Black.

Can somebody explain this to me?

s are common as rats in big cities and you must be new to not know it before, but i don't think s would ever attack any "innocent" people tbh. s just be disciplining some jackasses for their stupid behaviors, that should be fine as long as they don't bomb a building or hijack a plane tbh
