Now that is ing cool. Props to Pop.
If Pop goes to the wine region in Mendoza I don't think we will be hearing from him againdisfrutará de un descanso bien merecido, aprovechando los vinos nacionales y la pesca deportiva, sus hobbies predilectos. Some of the best stuff in the world is made there.

Until I could learn besides a bunch of players with the NBA's delegation also came coaches and assistants. In this case they public relation for Latin America of the NBA did not expressed who they are. Olé (the paper that you cited) usually manage good sources so we should believe that Pop will be in our land.
"Pop goes to the wine region"
I'm sure Pop has scouted the prospects studiously.![]()

Pop will be treated as a rock star
Previous to wine's tour, he'll have to talk a little bit about Manu (just a couple of millions of times)![]()
Popovich is smart. He is going over do so some more scouting.
More like keeping Manu happy.. more ringz...
He is supposed to talk with Scola this weekend.
Is that in an article somewhere?
I saw it on TV. They said he will be with Scola in the Basketball without Borders program. But according to nba.com, he is not supposed to be there. (I suppose he replaces Danny Ferry as the Spurs representant in the camp)

It says that Pop will arrive today and go to the CENARD to participate in the Basketball Without Borders program. Then, on Monday, he will fly to Bahia Blanca to visit Manu's hometown. Finally, he will go somewhere in Argentina to practice fishing.
Johnny Ludden is here in Buenos Aires too.
Interesting.
Have you heard if Pop is meeting with Scola today?
And the plot thickens...Johnny Ludden is here in Buenos Aires too.

I heard that Johnny was going there to cover BWB, but I'm sure he'll cover Scola too.
Both are expected to be in the Cenard, the place where the BWB program takes place (only 1 mile from my house). According to this article (Link) Pop will stay only one day in Buenos Aires and then go on a fishing trip to the south. The article also says that Pop's movements here are kept in secret, and it's hard to find out what is he going to do(CIA Pop).
May be Manu invited him to rest in his ranch located in Villa La Angostura in the southwest of Argentina.
Brett Brown is here too.
"only 1 mile from my house"
So you're going to take lots pics, right?![]()
It's impossible to enter to the Cenard. There is a lot of security. I'm watching the event on TV.
Neither Pop or Scola was seen today in the BWB, so either Pop hasn't arrived yet or they had a secret meeting.
Man, if the Spurs could sign Scola with the $1.6 mil exception plus give him $350K for the buyout then they'd be able to use the full MLE on a player(s) other than Horry, DBrown or Scola.
Oh wait, Holt Cat is still the chairman...![]()
half the mle to big dog half to a long three
