Kobe's stat line is simply godlike.

ing great to see the team showing signs of life, also props to D12 and MWP for the defensive stops in the clutch.

Easy to do when the other team is blatantly tanking.

You cannot tank that bad. The Pelicans need to fire their head coach tonight.

Props to Kobe though, dude is ballin for a semi-retired guy.

And lol at these Laker s knob slobbing Kirby's "god-like line." Jodie in' Meeks dropped 19 in 26 minutes on the tanking sack of Pelicans.

I think Kobe proved tonight (on a b2b no less) that Tim Duncan can't hold a candle to him. No ing way Timmy can go out and just flat out play like he's 18 again...my gots to be on them roids.... but seriously that's why I love Kobe so much.. he really is a throw back player...talk about for the love of the game...

You're comparing a bigman to a guard. Start over. Tim Duncan doesn't have the body that Kobe has, and Kobe doesn't bang in the paint like Duncan does. Duncan doesn't shoot 10 3pt shots a game.

Besides, Kobe should be fresh, he's got the league's best players to do his work for him and has had that for every year except 2006. If anything, you should be pissed that the Lakers are struggling trying to get to the playoffs with that ensemble. Imagine that ensemble in SA playing Pop's system. They'd rival the 72 win Bulls.

Meanwhile Tim, with that broken down cast of misfits, has the best record in the league and has never missed the playoffs.

There isn't anybody else in the history of the game that could be doing this, even Jordan.

You're right.... Jordan was too busy leading the Bulls to a championship at this age to pad stats on a mediocre .500 team....

He doesn't play defense anymore and he exhibits minimal leadership skills, but I have to appreciate his performance over the past month or so, tbh..there's even a decent argument to be made that he's still the 3rd best player in the NBA, tbh..

Kobe's play this season has proven that he would have won rings with Phil and Pippen. Jordan of that age wouldn't be any better with D'Antoni and Dwight.
