I dodged it, Midst. I in' dodged it. I was so in' scared. Those ers, you ers were comin' for Dale. Goin' to do me dirt. And we both know what kind of dirt, huh? Damnable style.
I could just kiss ya, ya big lug, you.
WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally be able to get that good night's sleep, eh?
probably the opposite for you![]()
GD rights. And I'm gettin my bell rung in a little bit as well. Now I'll actually enjoy it.
Don't worry, Dale. Those Suns are not going to benefit from the lowly lakers.
You damn rights they ain't. No Lottery Pick for them.
Uh, uh. Nope.
O & 45!
This is another bad day in the history of the cursed Suns. I knew this morning that there was a zero percent chance of us getting that pick. I would have bet a million dollars on it. Lol.
But this doesn't quite rank up there with my Top 5 worst moments in Suns history:
1. Lew Alcindor coin flip
2. Paxson shot
3. Elie shot
4. Horry/Nash/Amare
5. Artest rebound
6. Vanos augering in just outside Detroit.
------
Nice of ya to show up, Jeremy. I won't rub it in anymore.
& now you know..........the rest of the story...

Does anyone have an understanding of the logic behind how this draft pick was to be conveyed?
Protecting a pick from the top down to some number makes sense. This pick basically protects only the middle of the draft (was that really LA's goal - relative draft value?)
I can't recall ever seeing a pick protected such that it is transferred in the lottery, but otherwise they get to send you the worst pick they own...

Re: The Reckoning Game Day: Utah @ Memphis and Rockets @ Lakers
I think they owe both Cleveland and us a first round pick. They lottery protected there's for the cavs but not for us.
Draft wish list
1. Victor Oladipo
2. Nerlens Noel
3. Otto Porter
4. Marcus Smart
5. Anthony Bennett
Others: Gary Harris, Glenn Robinson III, Jamaal Franklin

Re: The Reckoning Game Day: Utah @ Memphis and Rockets @ Lakers
Bingo. The other caveat is that it is a pick swap; Cleveland has the right to swap picks with LA. So Cleveland is in essence sending the Miami pick (from the LBJ sign and trade) to LA and getting back LA's pick. Then LA sends us the Miami pick to satisfy this first phase of the trade's draft considerations.]]]]]]]]]

It's like a gd miracle, like when CWEBB turned his back on Horry, and/or when Pierce flinched on Artest. A ing miracle.
You will be safe long past O & 50, Dale. Would you like to go to celebrate by dressing up comfortable, eating a patty melt and dumping 500+ posts on this forum whilst standing on my throat?
^Nope. It's just enough that I excaped with my goat and avoided having to sit here out of the playoffs with the Suns getting that Lottery Pick. You was gonna do Cubby dirt. Do him damnable dirt.
It's all quiet now on the Phoenix Sport Talk Show Circuit. They don't want to talk about it no more. Oh, but, they're gonna talk about it. I'm just gettin' started here.
I'm dancin'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Take your pills, honey - I hate when you get like this.
Oh Dale, honey, can we go see a movie?
No...(swack)...make me turkey pot pie!!!
You're losing your touch, daddy-o. I'm still conscious
You just had a patty melt, honey. If you keep eating you'll end up like Horse.
I don't often post but when I do it's usually because I have something important to say. Now I don't want you to take this personal but your threads are terrible. Again I don't know who you are, what you do, etc but I certainly hope that your contribution to this website is not the culmination of your life.
