Its not even Rare doing it. Its some unknown studios whose only done a very, ver ty Silent Hill game. they're called Double Helix.
Killer Instinct was one of the better games of my childhood. I loved walking into a Diversions game room here in SA, and putting my token on the arcade machine to reserve my spot in line for a thorough beating. Back when internet was super rare, and only the biggest of geeks had full move list print outs that they could share under NO cir stance.

I used to practice in that game religiously, and took a friend of mine under my wing and taught him. Some time later we took a field trip to Ripleys's Believe It Or Not here in the Alamo Plaza, and I proceeded to demolish every opponent in KI 2 that tried to challenge me. So after 5-6 people took their beatings, and a pretty big crowd gathered around that machine, my god damn protege steps up and beats me and ruins my sole moment of public gaming greatness.

Basically if you get banned say for foul language or anything minor like that you're ed because all your games will be locked and lost.

Supposedly the above is for XBox 360 digital games, not the XBox One... apparently they have no word yet on how that might work with the One... (while I wouldn't be surprised if they shoot themselves in the foot one more time, I expect them to scale back a bit in light of the PS4 announcements)...

Microsoft’s Xbox One indie games policy baffles developer
In addition to all the other controversies surrounding the Xbox One, we’re now hearing grumblings from independent developers who are unhappy that Microsoft is telling them that they need to have a publisher to sell their games on the Xbox One marketplace. Eurogamer last week talked with Lorne Lanning, the head of independent game developer Oddworld Inhabitants, who said that Microsoft’s new restrictions on independent studios mean that his company won’t release any new games for the Xbox One or the Xbox 360.
“Why do we need a publisher when we self-finance our games, we build our own IP, we manage our own IP and we’ve turned nearly two million units online as indie publishers sold — not free downloads?” Lanning asked rhetorically, while noting that Sony has chosen to take a very different path with its new PlayStation 4. “I believe, because there are so many seasoned, long-term game builders involved with the new PlayStation, they recognise the real innovations are going to come out of this space where people have the freedom and the insanity to try crazy new stuff.”
