What about the Spurs, son?![]()
go small market teams! Stern and the NBA and their agenda to push the bigger market/ESPN-trendy teams to the top!
this will be the year that karma will bite the NBA in their ass for rigging countless series in order to push their agenda.
BR, no way can you be a Memphis fan after they willingly gifted Gasol to the Lakers.
And tonight, with their 45 freethrow attempts, we saw Stern repay that favor.
son I can't lie. Its hard for me to cheer for the Spurs considering they represent such a cesspool like San Antonio. I'm sorry. I'm just being honest. now if they were located in another small Texas town then I could throw some support at them, but San Antonio is nothing more than a glorified Tijuana with a SeaWorld. sorry I hope you are not offended.
This cesspool took in all your peeps and took care of them as their own. All you did was raise our crime rates.
B-b-b-but you said small market teams.![]()
The Memphis Grizzlies are the Lakers' farm team. It is painstakingly obvious that we are going to root for them.
I'm 100% for Indy to make the Finals and if the Grizz beat the Spurs, I'll root for them too.
If San antonio is a cesspool, does that make NO a pool ?
Are we in the latter category?
I hate Memphis when the Spurs play them, but I love the way they play that tough hard nosed bball and have no problem rooting for them.
Indiana is like Wichita State. They're the unnoticed underdogs that nobody wants to root for.
Hope that doesn't mean they'll choke when it matters too tbqh.
pelicans would've also made some noise in the playoffs had their cornerstone not acted like a wimp for well over half of the season tbh
and son we thank Texas for their stupidity in taking in our Katrina rats as if they were capable of being helped in the first place. those rats were lost long before Katrina. however it is Katrina that will forever be used as the excuse for those rats for never doing anything or being anything in life and the pussification of America will allow for it. thanks again for taking some of them off our hands.
If two small market teams make it to the Finals, you can make a case that Stern fixed it that way. Say Memphis v Indiana. Two teams with no "superstars" prove that you don't need to spend $120 million on payroll to win a championship or have a "Big 3". This helps Stern make the case that the most recent CBA worked, Stern get's hailed as a genius, goes out in a blaze of glory. Helps the resell value of small market teams, potential owners willing to overpay for a ty small market franchise. NBA and Stern rake in the money.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
lol okc fan from NO
Tbh, I'm still not sure how you can on San Antonio when you live in Bton R
uge...
I thought he was living in Bayou
You just can't win with this league.
We almost took your team off you hands too. Lucky for you, a San Antonio man stepped in to help you keep it.
