he has some mental illness, i think its bi-polar and schizophrenia. hopefully he gets some professional help before he ends up dead or hurting someone.

How the do you get arrested multiple times in one week? Most people would have to go out of their way and exert tremendous amounts of effort to even have a chance of doing that.
I mean, come the on. Even if you engage in multiple illegal activities per week - you should be able to do it without being caught every time. Most people have no problem committing illegal acts without ever being caught. This er got caught three times in a week.ing got.
