JB Bickerstaff is John-Blair Bickerstaff, Bernie's son. Bernie is actually an assistant on the Lakers, not the Rockets. Bernie was also the Lakers' interim head coach between Brown and D'Antoni (and continued to coach the team until D'Antoni was able to start coaching after recovering from surgery).

I liked the Suns' initial reported list better, which included Brian Shaw and Mike Budenholzer.

Yeah, but why would you hire a young, intelligent coach when you can give guize like Dunleavy, VDN, Byron, and Carlesimo fourth and fifth chances?..doesn't make any sense..I'm sure they'll do the right thing like the Cavs just did..
