We all know he shut Lebron down in 2007 and was a huge reason we swept them. My question is, how would he match up against to an improved Lebron, jump shot and all?

07 Bowen was a little on the old side. he probably would get torched by todays Lebron

But an 05 Bowen would probably lock him down better than anyone

Bowen was never a physical defender, at 6'7 200 lbs he was lighter and had less reach than Leonard. That said, he was a master of making players uncomfortable in their shots - forcing them to their weak side, active hands, knowing what you want to do before you do it and making you do something else... and yes, occasionally sliding his feet under you as you came down from a shot. Leonard is the closest thing we've seen to him since he retired, he may not be the Bowen Constrictor but he's getting there.
