They should make a 30 for 30 on the Spurs organization as a whole. Talk about their philosophy of playing team basketball. Provide examples like you mentioned of unheralded and unknown players like Avery Johnson and Danny Green becoming key contributors in Championship years. Just go through a list of all those players, where they were before joining the Spurs, and showcasing how the Spurs and their system became the most successful organization in all of American professional sports. That would be awesome. They could call the do entary "The beautiful game" or "Remember the others!"
Though I'm sure ESPN would be worried that a 30 for 30 done on the Spurs would incur the lowest ratings one of those have ever had
